Worst post office ever I drive 6 miles to workington to not go here!!
Excellent explanatory lay outs and plenty of hands on stuff for children made it an all round family experience. Seeing the potter at work and his demonstrations of Roman techniques were fascinating! He is an excellent teacher. The picnic area was a real sun trap and the views from the tower superb. There is only one minor complaint: there is much interesting material that deserves more viewing space and a reorganization of the rooms would be a bonus.
Gwen who works there on the counter is very rude and has no people skills she should not be working in this service
Went here for check and send on kids passports. The lady (manager) was so helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated application. Many thanks. Will be using this post office again.
Ageing staff who over charge and don't give you what you ask for, she tells you what you can have or go elsewhere!
