In serious need of an update!! The place needs a make over but the Bar staff was really friendly and nice.

Ate a meal here and it was ok not disgusting but not gorgeous. My chicken was dry and chewy. The Places decor its self is very tired but the staff were very friendly. Facilities were also tired but cleanish.
What a complete dump. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Service abysmal on a Saturday night as only 1 member of staff in for the bar and restaurant. Food was over priced for the rubbish they turf out. The room (number 10) was musty and looked basic, cheap and not good. Shower awful. Breakfast was burnt and not cooked well. Would I return, perhaps if it was the only b&b in England. Otherwise not
Stayed at Old Mill Inn on Saturday 21st April as it was the start of our Hadrian's Wall cycle route 72 ride. Great little pub everyone was lovely . Room was great . Nice and clean. Food was very nice too. We only stayed for 1 night and all was good . The Staff went out of their way to accommodate our two mountain bikes in a secure location which helped massively . We where even allowed to leave my car on the car park for a few days until we completed the ride to Newcastle.Thank you Tom, very much appreciated . Paul @ Patricia. x
