A great little site next to the marina (10 units only) for caravans and motorhomes. The site has clean and modern toilet and shower facilities, a laundry room, elsan emptying area, and a room with tables and chairs for relaxing. The site is within 5/10 minutes walk of the town centre which has many pubs, restaurants and cafes. There's an aquarium with cafe and children's play area, a museum, and The Wave Leisure Centre all within walking distance.
Lovely clean facilities. Good freindly service. Pitches are a decent size. Only thing is you have to pay separate for electric but its not mega expensive. Everything you need in town be it shopping to cook your self or takeaways aswell as some lovely pubs to eat in. Ill definitely be back.
Lovely quiet clean small site. Staff helpful & pleasant. Good price. Not a great town, but a few good pubs with excellent food, 2 dog friendly. Lots of walking & ideal for a relaxing break with the dogs.
We took the dogs for their maiden camper van trip (hence the short journey from home - 2 miles!) and found this little gem which as everyone else seems to note is a wonderful, clean and friendly little site. No doubt we'll be back as the dogs also enjoyed it immensely!
Very friendly help full staff.Excellent location.Level easy access pitchesShort walk to town with a few good pubs and restaurants, we had good food in the Nelson.You can get two toilet fobs.Good TV lounge.The only thing that we felt let this site down was the showers, whilst they are spotless the sealant around the tray and the shower curtains are mouldy which I find unacceptable for a site thats otherwise excellent and very clean.
